When will my order ship?

Usually around 1-5 business days, although could be longer due to certain instances such as during tour or holidays.  If you need your order shipped ASAP please send us an email through our contact page or by DM on instagram and we will do our best to get your order out as quick as we can. Please note that no delivery times are guaranteed and we try to do our best to get your package to you as quickly as we can.

 

Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges in most instances but at our discretion. If a return/exchange is needed please let us know within a week of receiving your order. If we do accept the return, a return tracking number is also needed within that same one week period of receiving the item. If an item comes in packaging the original packaging is required to be eligible for a refund. If original packaging is missing, we cannot accept a return/exchange. Shipping costs are not refundable. Items like underwear and face masks cannot be returned.

Any taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer for international packages.
